DIRECTIONS FROM PERTH TO THE STABLES, BLACKHALL, BANCHORY

Follow signs to Aberdeen

• Go round Dundee then past Forfar and Brechin

• Go beyond Brechin passing Stracathro Service Station and just after crossing the North Esk turn left to Fettercairn.

• Having turned off the main road you have to turn right almost immediately.

• Go on to Fettercairn and in the middle of the village turn right at "T" junction and through the Royal Gate.

• From then on follow signs to Cairn o Mount and Banchory.

• You will reach Strachan (pronounced Strawn) and at "T" junction turn right towards Banchory.

• About half a mile after you pass Silver Ladies Caravan Site there is a left turning almost on the brow of a hill to Auchattie.

• Turn left and go through Auchattie until you face a high stone wall.

• Turn left again and follow this lane until the tarmac stops beside a set of buildings on the left.

• Go into the courtyard and diagonally across the courtyard is the front door.
