Kitchen: supplied with a larder fridge, electric range cooker, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster. Full inventory of glass, cutlery, crockery and utensils.

Dry goods; small supply of tea, coffee, sugar, salt and pepper as well as cleaning fluids, dishwasher tablets etc.

Dining room; seats up to 12 people with open fire

Sitting room; woodburner, Sky TV and door onto a small terrace overlooking the garden.

Dogs; dogs under reasonable control are welcome on the river and in the house. In the house, dogs are not permitted upstairs and must be dry and clean downstairs.
